What are your candles made with?
Each small batch candle is hand made with soy wax, lead free wicks and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Candles made with essential oils will be available in the near future!
Are tealights/sample sizes available?
Tealights sizes will be available for sale in the Spring/Summer 2020. Each pack will come in sets of 4 or 6.
What size candles are available?
Each candle is 8 ounces but new tin colors, 8 oz jelly jars, mini tumbler jars and 3-Wick tumbler jars will be available in Summer 2020!
Can I reuse my tin(s)?
Absolutely! When the candle is done, which should be about 1/4 inch left, scrape the wax out with a butter knife, clean with mild soap and water then towel dry thoroughly. You can use the tins for herbs, coins, crystals, etc.
When will soaps be available?
All hand made soaps will be available to ship and order within 2-5 days.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship on Saturdays. After your order has shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail and tracking number. Depending on which shipping option you choose, you will receive it within 2-4 business days or within 7-10 business days (This may include weekends if your shipping provider allows). If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days, specifically by end of day, please e-mail me at loren.loves11@gmail.com with your order and tracking numbers.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, at the moment, no but we can make that happen in the near future!
Can I get a refund for my order?
Refunds are unavailable at this time. However, if there is an issue, i.e. damage caused by the post office, please do not hesitate to place another order for a small discount!
Speaking of discounts, are there any available?
Yes, during the holiday seasons, i.e. Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
